Peter, thank you so much for planning our amazingly romantic honeymoon at Sandals Antigua. The resort was beautiful with so many different amenities to experience. We can’t even count how many times we walked the resort just to listen to the birds and look at all the beautiful gardens. We loved the beach! We snorkeled, sailed, floated in the warm waters, and just relaxed in the sun. The staff was just as wonderful as Peter told us they would be. No one ever passed without greeting us with a smile or making sure that we were enjoying ourselves. Thank you, Peter for planning our honeymoon and taking care of every detail for us.
We definitely recommend Premium Resorts to anyone planning a honeymoon, wedding, or any vacation!
7/5/18 Peter and Nancy of Premium Resorts were so attentive and helpful helping us plan and book our group trip to Sandals Royal Barbados. They helped us book our rooms before the resort was even open and it was the best thing we ever did! We scored a butler swim up suite at a sweet price and could not believe the beauty and luxurious amenities this resort provided. Sandals hosted a private group dinner for us, complete with appetizers, salad, entree, dessert, and incredible cocktails. We met the General Manager, Ferry Zievinger, Hotel Manager, Patrick Drake, and Group Sales Manager, Dayna Gilbert. They made it clear that they appreciated our choice of resort and went out of their way to ensure that every moment was as perfect as it could have been. Great food, great friends, endless smiles from staff, perfect accommodations, and non-stop fun. I think the fun part is obvious when you see how many ladies fit into a tranquility tub! We can not wait to plan a trip to another island!
Nancy and Peter were FANTASTIC to work with!! My husband and I booked our honeymoon to Sandals Barbados through Nancy and she took such good care of us. When bad weather the night before we were supposed to leave was threatening our flights, Nancy assured me that they would "move heaven and earth" to get us to our honeymoon on time. What a promise!! We ended up not having to change our flights and got to our resort as scheduled. She also provided so many pictures, details, and tips before we left to ensure we knew our stuff before we got there. Additionally, she told us to call/text her during our stay is anything was amiss (it wasn't). When we were still looking to book our honeymoon prior to our wedding, I found Premium Resorts of Cook Travel online via their outstanding reviews. Even though we live in a different state, Nancy worked with us through phone calls and emails. Overall, just such great customer service from Nancy and we could not have been more pleased. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Will and I booked our Honeymoon to St. Lucia's Halcyon Resort by Sandals. Peter Blum assisted us in the planning process and he made it so easy. Peter helped us pick the Sandals Resort that fit the type of Honeymoon we were looking for and he did an AMAZING job! Peter talked with us several times on the phone before the trip to make sure we were comfortable with every last detail. Will and I loved the fact that the entire Honeymoon was all-inclusive and paid for up-front. The only thing we paid for out of pocket were souvenirs and excursions. The Halcyon Resort is the best out resort out of the 3 resorts on the island in my opinion. My husband and I made time to go visit The Grand and La Toc and they were nice, but they were too large for us. If you are looking for a more relaxing, low key, intimate vacation I would recommend going visiting Sandals Halcyon, St. Lucia. At Sandals Halcyon you will get to enjoy beautiful flora and fauna. The beauty and simplicity of the resort aids you in the relaxing process. All the staff at Sandals Halcyon were friendly and personable. As Will and I walked around the resort staff members would greet us by our first names. Staff really made us feel conformable and welcomed to their country. Sandals Resorts takes great care of their guest and my husband and I are already planning our anniversary trip for 2019! Thank You Premium Resorts, Peter, and Sandals for making our travel experience so memorable!

Peter Blum made our honeymoon a huge success. He answered all of our questions and helped coordinate everything. I would recommend him to anybody getting married because organizing a wedding and honeymoon can be very stressful, Peter is such an expert on all the honeymoon spots. He will cater your personality and likes to a specific resort so you will be happy and not have to worry about planning yourself. I have recommended him to many of my friends that are in the process of getting married and already using him for a second time for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. If I had to rate him out of 10 stars, he would get 11 from us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy in our trip. Thanks again Peter for all your hard work and dedication to making us happy. We can’t wait to take our next trip soon!
Sandals Montego Bay, Jamaica was all I had dreamed of and more. The people were phenomenal and I have several of them as contacts on social media now! We still talk even after returning home several weeks ago. I never thought I would love another place as much as I loved St. Lucia last summer but Jamaica is just as wonderful. We tried to relax this trip so we didn't do as many excursions but we did the Catamaran Cruise to Margaritaville which was a party! Of course, I had to go down the slide and check out all the local shops nearby. We also went snorkeling on this excursion and saw a beautiful reef and much tropical fish. We also went on the Luminous Lagoon excursion which was pretty incredible. Jamaica is one of the only places in the world that this occurs year round but the phosphorus micro-organisms in the water glow when agitated. So basically we were taken out to this big body of brackish water and told to jump off the boat! I was thinking this excursion was a bad idea until we jumped in and saw how beautiful the water was glowing all over and around us. It was something I had never seen before and was simply wonderful! We also went on a glass bottom boat tour. It was amazing to see how many tropical fish and coral reefs were right out in front of our resort. However, if you have motion sickness (like I do) this trip may not be for you. I did, however, enjoy the boat ride facing out from the boat instead of looking through the glass. I was surprised at the amount of included activities the resort offered! We even rented masks and snorkels to look around the swimming area. Helpful Hints for other guests: Definitely get a butler suite on the second floor the first floor doesn't have a view like the second and people walk right past your door.
Thank you for all your help with setting up our recent trip! We really enjoyed ourselves! Anthony and Jessica Hall
We couldn't have asked for a better destination wedding and honeymoon than what we experienced at Sandals Negril. The resort was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the wedding staff so generously helpful. It ended up storming and raining the entire afternoon of our wedding so the beach-style wedding we had planned was out of the question but the staff did a fabulous job of keeping the wedding party calm as they seamlessly transitioned everything to beautiful indoor settings. Our Minister helped continue the stress-free vibe by keeping the entire group laughing. Negril is known for their sunsets but as you can see in our pictures the sunset that resulted after the stormy afternoon was unbelievably stunning! We received so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception all were. The music kept the entire group on their feet until we were danced out! The food served for our rehearsal dinner, wedding reception and honeymoon dinner were all delicious, as was every meal enjoyed throughout our 8 day stay.
Premium Resorts of Cook Travel was awesome. They made planning my destination wedding at Sandals Whitehouse completely stress-free. They handled everything and even hand delivered our trip itinerary and tickets all the way to Nashville. Our travel agent, Sally, created a custom destination wedding and honeymoon for us based on our desires and it turned out amazing. She even got us a cheaper rate than when we booked it ourselves since Premium Resorts is a preferred Sandals Resorts Travel Agency. Our wedding was beautiful and it was all thanks to wonderful people at Premium Resorts of Cook Travel.
Susan and Curt had their Destination Weddingmoon at Sandals Antigua. Shortly after they returned, Susan called me and told me all about the amazing time they had and how wonderful it was to get married at Sandals. The other day, Susan and Curt sent me the attached photo with a caption. Peter, We want to thank you for helping us pick Sandals Antigua to get married and honeymoon “Good News! The newlyweds brought back an extra person from Sandals Antigua. It’s a girl and she is due January 31st. We are so Happy”
Our Sandals Grand St Lucian Anniversary vacation was wonderful. Our room was on the 2nd floor just 2 doors down from the Lobby,(of course there is a small walkway in between so everything was real convenient. The butlers were wonderful. They waited on us hand and foot. They had a shrimp cocktail waiting on us everyday when we came in from the beach. The day we did the mud bath excursion, they had a bubble bath waiting on us with flowers all around the tub, 2 kissing swans on the floor with flowers all around them and a chilled bottle of champagne. The view we had was absolutely beautiful!! If we where in the room, Snook was on the balcony the entire time unless he was getting ready for the beach or for dinner. Neither one of us wanted to come home. It was one of the best trips we've ever taken!! We will go back someday after checking out some of the other Sandals. Thanks for all your help on the trip, we had a wonderful time!

Our last visit to Beaches Turks & Caicos was April 2010 where there were 3 villages. We returned December 2 2013 and stayed in the 4th newest addition, the Key West village. We stayed in a 1 bedroom Suite which sleeps 4 to 6. The spacious suite comes with all that a family would need including a kitchen, dishwasher and laundry. I love Turks & Caicos white sandy beaches where you can walk for hours. The Caribbean is crystal clear with a marine sanctuary that you don’t need a boat to get to, all within a 15 minute walk. The coral reef is right on the beach with a lot of sea life including turtles and squid. Sally and I went snorkeling a few feet away from the reef and a school of 1000 squid swam under us. No wonder that Beaches Turks & Caicos now has 8 Newton Dive boats on property.
I received a call from Deb Collins from Kentucky. She heard that I was a Sandals Expert and loved to help groups. Deb explained that her friends were celebrating their 40th birthday and wanted to travel as a group to a Sandals Resort in Jamaica for a week. She explained that she had been to Sandals once before and was interested in Sandals Whitehouse for their group vacation. They wanted a fun resort with beach front rooms but tours were not a big necessity. We started a group discussion via email, telephone and texting. I shared personal photos on our web site, www.premiumresorts.com and Facebook Premium Resorts. We discussed that the trip from the airport was a 2 hour drive through the Country and that the roads were under construction. After a few weeks, the group selected Sandals Whitehouse, it fit all their needs. As soon as the group booked their first booking I created a group code entitling them to the 2013 group promotion, book 5 rooms and receive the 6th room free. We called the group, The Collins group. An amazing group of friends.
Hello Peter! I think I speak for everyone when I say that we had a WONDERFUL time in Jamaica! Thank you very much for all of your help and special attention you gave us. Having Rory come give us a personal serenade at our dinner was a really special touch. I heard you were behind that. Thank you. Yes it rained, but that didn’t stop us from having a terrific time. Good and memorable times were had by all!
Thank you for your advice about signing up for the Sandals Signature Return Guest program. I recommended that everyone in our group who is not currently an SSG member should have Peter sign him/her up for it. It doesn’t cost anything and this allowed us to receive a discount on our room rate. Peter, I will happily recommend you and “Like” your company on Facebook.

Sandals Halcyon seafood sampler at Kelly’s dockside was amazing
We recently visited Sandals Halcyon in Saint Lucia for our honeymoon getaway. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was the beautiful view from our beachfront room. The turquoise blue water and island view that surrounded us was nothing short of breathtaking! As our very first trip to a Sandals Resort, we were overwhelmed by how welcoming and personable the staff was! Days after we arrived, the staff would still call us by name and would continuously check to make sure we were well taken care of. Not only did we enjoy the view and the amazing staff, but the food was amazing and endless. Our favorite restaurants to visit were Kelly’s Dockside and The Beach Bistro. Kelly’s Dockside had a delicious seafood sampler that we both loved! However, The Beach Bistro let us enjoy our usual American dining with chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, and a nacho station. All in all, we would not have chosen another resort to stay at. Cook Travel vacations and Sandals Halcyon exceeded our expectations! We cannot wait to visit another Sandals resort in the near future!

We were honored to be invited to the new Sandals LaSource Grenada. This was our first visit to Grenada so Sally and I decided to take a private tour of the island. During the 7 hour tour around the island, we visited, beautiful beaches, the rain forest where we were greeted my a wild monkey. We were taken to a small country spice store where "Dr. Joe" showed us all the parts of nut meg. We bought a lot of the shells when we learned that Nut Meg in warm milk can help you sleep. We ended our tour at the Concord Waterfall before we returned to Sandals LaSource. There is so much to share, we will blog a number of reviews.
In the Caribbean, you can find the greenest golf course and gardens which are watered continually. We just returned from Beaches Ocho Rios, Sandals Royal Plantation, Sandals Grand Riviera Beach & Golf Resort and Sandals Golf course, in Ocho Rios Jamaica and found out why the gardens and botanical gardens are so amazing and why the golf course are green year round. The golf Pro and manager, David Reid, told me it is because of the amount of fresh water they have access to. David told us that Sandals golf course has Almond trees, Pimento trees and a Cotton Tree is located in the middle of Sandals Golf course. He said that when you see a Cotton Tree in the Caribbean, you will find water. The tree is over 250 yrs old and its roots tap down 400 feet into one of the largest underwater streams in Jamaica. The water is 98% pure and waters the golf course and supplies the 101 swimming pools and drinking water at Sandals Grand Riviera beach & golf resort. Greens fees are free for all Sandals and Beaches guests in Jamaica. Greens fees can be purchased by non Sandals Guests for Sandals Golf course at Island Routes
WE recently stayed at Sandals Grand Riviera and fell in love. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and loved it! Booking through with Peter Blum was a tremendous help. Everything he told us was right on the money and we appreciate all of his help. The staff at SGR were great especially Charlotte, Simone, Natalia, Antone, Josey and Analisa. We had a concierge level Villa and wouldn't have changed it for anything. We didn't need the butler service because concierge took such good care of us. We didn't need to leave the resort for anything except for the Dunn's River Falls trip. You have to do this by the catamaran not the bus. The trip was AWESOME!!! The resort in itself had plenty to keep us going from the Playmakers to the Bartenders, Jermaine, Fabian and Andre. We were SATISFIED! The grounds were lush and the food was amazing. You must try all the places including the grills. Jerk Chicken ummm ummm good.

We often read or write reviews about Sandals and Beaches Resorts. This review is about the positive impacts we are making in the Caribbean as we give back through the Sandals Foundation. Recently Sally and I were at Sandals Montego Bay and met a young Butler, Ordel Grant. During one of our conversations, I asked Ordel what he knew about the Sandals Foundation. He told me an amazing story about how Sandals Foundation - Flanker Peace and justice and Sandals resorts saved his life.
I asked Ordel to give me a short testimonial.
“Living as a young man in Flankers can be hard especially if you don't get help from someone. I just got fired from my job, sitting at home for a while before my friend told me about the peace & justice center, they have a program call S.T.A.R.T program at Sandals Montego Bay. I began training and before I know it, I was at Sandals doing training as a chef. Right after my training I got the job. I continued to train and learn from the programs that Sandals offered me. After a few years, I was promoted to a Butler at Sandals Montego Bay. I am married now, have started a family and own a house which is not in Flankers. I continue to learn every day from the wonderful guests I serve and continue to receive training from Sandals as I work forward for my next promotion. I want to thank the Sandals Foundation for making a way for me cause I don't know where I would be right now. The streets of flankers don't always make the way for young man's. One of my friends never left the streets and was killed in Flankers.
Thanks again Sandals and Sandals Foundation.
Ordel Grant Sandals Butler “

My fiance and I recently spent a fabulous week at Sandals Royal Plantation in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We were delighted with its private location and understated elegance. Sandals Royal Plantation is intimate all-butler resort of just 74 ocean view suites tucked into a magnificent coral bluff. It is the epitome of luxury and exactly the type of all-inclusive vacation spot we were looking for.
Christmas 2014, David Ramsey gave all his employees a travel gift cards as a Christmas present. Randy and Jacqueline decided to use their travel gift card on a Sandals Anniversary vacation. Shortly after Christmas, I worked with them evaluating all 15 Sandals resorts throughout the Caribbean and decided on a Sandals Whitehouse, Jamaica for their 6-night Anniversary vacation. After everything was booked, Randy sent me a text and asked me to call him confidentially. Randy told me he wanted to surprise his wife with a ReTie the Knot ceremony on their anniversary night. The process to set up the surprise ReTie the Knot ceremony was easily completed with the help of the Sandals Whitehouse Wedding team and the Sandals Whitehouse staff. On the morning of October 8, Randy set in motion the romantic surprise. Prior to the 8th, Randy snuck away from Jacqueline and met with the Sandals Whitehouse wedding team. The minister and the wedding staff would be waiting for the couple at a pre-arranged beach location at 4:00 PM. That morning, Randy asked his wife if they could have an early dinner and if they could take a walk on the beach before going to the restaurant. As Randy walked Jacqueline to the pre-arranged location, their favorite wedding song began to play. Randy walked Jacqueline towards the Minister and asked her if she would marry him again. Anyone who knows Jacqueline, knows her response and can visualize how her smile was filled with tears of joy.
Jacqueline and Randy, you are a special couple.Thank you for the honor to be your Sandals Travel Agent
After much consideration as to how we would celebrate our 10th anniversary, my wife and I chose to spend 7 days at the beautiful Sandals Antigua Resort. This was our first time staying at a Sandals resort and wow, did it ever exceed expectations! The dining options, location, beach, staff, excursion options, spa, and overall atmosphere of the resort and island were wonderful. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and our travel agent, Peter Blum. Peter was a tremendous and very knowledgeable resource. Brian Hammond
Sandals Destination weddings are luxurious stress free and everything is included. Stephanie and Nick came to our Premium Resorts of Cook Travel looking for a stress free destination wedding. With the help of Angela, they selected a Sandals Montego Bay Jamaica destination wedding called Wedding Moon. The beauty of a Jamaica wedding is that the residency requirement is very short compared to other Caribbean Islands. Jamaica only requires couples to be in Jamaica for 2 days prior to getting married. Weekends count and the 1st day of arrival counts. Stephanie arrived on December 3rd and their wedding was on December 5th. Peter and Sally were able to attend the wedding ceremony during their visit to Jamaica for a Sandals Foundation meeting and to receive the 2014 Best of the Best Travel Agency award from Sandals CEO Adam Stewart and Chairman Butch Stewart.
Getting a temporary St Lucia Drivers License and renting a car at Sandals was so easy and worth it. Our Friends from "Gypsey Reel" Graham and Camile Parker met Sally and I at Sandals La Toc. We rented a car and went for a ride towards the Pitons along to coastline. It was easy to get a drivers license. We had to prove that we were there for 72 hours in order to get a temporary drivers license The views are amazing along the coastline. We stopped at a fishing village to take photos. A local asked if I would pay him to climb a tree for a photo op! $5.00 later here he was up a tree with the Pitons in the background. You can't make this up. I love St Lucia.
Peter Blum made our honeymoon a huge success and answered all of our questions and helped coordinate everything. I would recommend him to anybody getting married because organizing a wedding and honeymoon can be very stressful and Peter is such an expert on all the honeymoon spots. During our St Lucia Sandals La Toc Honeymoon we took this picture while we were stopped at the "Caribbean's only drive through volcano". It was one of the stops that we took while on our Island Buggy tours to Soufriere and the Pitons. We made several stops along the way from the resort to the other side of the island. The tour guides were fantastic and stopped at different places to show us areas of the island that we likely wouldn't have seen on our own including the banana plantations, a local farmer who shared with us some island fruits, a local man with a boa constrictor- which, by the way, I held around my neck!-, a local restaurant across from the Pitons, a waterfall and the drive through volcano where we bathed in mud baths- literally- painted ourselves with mud from the volcano and washed it off in the hot mud bath. They taught us about different plants/trees- like the tattoo fern which, if placed on something and smacked, will leave a white "tattoo" and the Touch Me Not ferns that curl up and "disappear" when you touch them! We enjoyed that tour a lot- especially my husband who got to drive the buggy on the opposite side of the road!
Thank you, for recommending The Fountain of Youth Catamaran tour. I'm glad we chose to do that as well as we saw flying fish, botanical gardens, the Pitons and we snorkeled in the rain! We also did the segway tour to Rodney Bay and saw some beautiful scenery includingSandals Grande St. Lucian across the bay- so we definitely saw all angles of the island- from land, sea, north and south!!
Hi Peter! Sandals Grande Antigua is the definition of a dream honeymoon, and then some! After our first meeting with Peter Blum of Premium Resorts, my husband and I were so anxious to get to this beautiful resort. It was both of our first times to do a Sandals resort and an all-inclusive vacation. We were a little hesitant thinking there just had to be something in the fine print where they "got ya". THERE WAS NOT! From the minute we arrived to the resort, until the last hour before leaving people were ready and happily willing to help us in every way possible, and not because they wanted a tip! But because they were happy to have us! One of the things my husband and I kept remarking on was how there was not a single detail skimped on. From the cleanliness of the rooms, to the intricacies in the tile & granite work throughout the resort, to the room service, to the landscaping, to the excellent food; nothing was mediocre, everything was 5 star! We never left the resort because we never got bored. We participated in almost every activity (game shows, pool trivia, couples beach games, cocktail hours, etc.) and also paid for some of the other things like snorkeling, scuba diving, and jet skiing. We have recommended Sandals to every couple we know, whether newlywed or celebrating 50 years of marriage. It is so obvious what a great company they are. As we were leaving, we had a chance to meet the General Manager, Mr. G. We thanked him for a great trip and complimented what a great resort he ran. His response made us smile "Thank you so much, but it's not me, it's the 700 hard-working employees that make this resort what it is!" And we did not come across a single employee that seemed unhappy to be there. Every single Sandals employee was genuinely happy to be at work and to help you. We never passed one without getting a big smile and "good morning!" That is something we truly appreciated. I could keep going but instead I'll just encourage whoever is reading this to see for yourself. It is more than worth it! We can not wait for our next Sandals adventure!
Thanks also for the Sandals Signature Guest info and the referral program you offer. We will absolutely be visiting a Sandals again.
Our travel to and from Jamaica went smooth as silk. On our return we went through ATL in 30 minutes. They have really streamlined the return process through Immigration and Customs. This always makes for good start and finish to any trip. Even though the weather forecast for 80% chance of rain and thunder storms we only saw rain 2 evenings. The weather did not interrupt anything we were doing. Overall the weather was great.
All of our Sandals vacations have been great but Sandals Whitehouse fantastic. The resort did not seem to be full of guests because there was plenty of places on the beach for us to choose from. We felt we always could find our private place on the beach. The food was also amazing plus we had plenty of adult beverages in hand most of the time. Sandals water sports changed the rules for how many people can be on the small catamarans from 4 to 3.
We spent 5 days at Beaches Turks & Caicos in February. Beaches was a great resort and we would recommend it to any families with kids of all ages. The weather was gorgeous all week! The Beaches staff and amenities were great and the food was so good! We loved the all-inclusive aspect of it. There were a lot of activities and water sports available at the resort. The excursion and scuba diving were really fun. Our travel agent Keith Weiser, at Premium Resorts, helped us choose the resort and was especially helpful when our flights out of New England were canceled twice due to a blizzard. It was very frustrating for us and we worried about having to cut our vacation time short. But Keith made himself available, answering phone calls and emails on a Sunday night when we first learned of the delays. He called the resort himself and was able to secure us the additional night at Beaches so we could still enjoy a 5 day trip. This was a huge relief for us after all the stress of the airport issues. Beaches is a very family-friendly resort and Turks and Caicos was a gorgeous vacation island. It was a nice relief from the New England winter!
Thank you Keith, you were super helpful assisting us with the flight issues and delays and talking to Beaches Turks to allow us to alter our arrival date.
Thanks, Erin & Nicole
Recently a client asked me about where they could take long walks on a white beach. Beaches Turks and Caicos is a family resort but I witnessed a lot of couples taking in the amazing privacy of Beaches Key West, enjoying the adult restaurants, and taking the endless walks on the pure white sandy beaches. I noted and I followed! Sally and I stayed in the quiet, almost adults only, Key West where there are adult only pools. We took advantage of those walks for lovers. These beaches are made for lovers and families.
Hi Peter! We had a wonderful time in Turks and Caicos! You did a fabulous job organizing our trip for us and we so appreciate it. We loved every minute of it and only had a couple of things that we thought could have been better. I used Sandals.BlazeLoop.com often to communicate any needs my family had and received quick responses with courteous service. I will say that I would not have known about the Blaze Loop had you not told us. I think they should make sure guests know about that at check-in. All in all, a wonderful Graduation trip, thanks again for all you did to make our kids' senior trip something they will never forget!
Our last visit to Beaches Turks & Caicos was April 2010 when there were 3 villages. We returned December, 2013 and stayed in the 4th newest addtion, the Key West village. We stayed in a 1 bedroom Suite which sleeps 4 to 6. The spacious suite comes with all that a family would need including a kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry. I love Turks & Caicos' white sandy beaches where you can walk for hours. The Caribbean is crystal clear with a marine sanctuary that you don’t need a boat to get to, all within a 15-minute walk. The coral reef is right on the beach teeming with sea life including turtles and squid. Sally and I went snorkeling a few feet away from the reef and a school of 1000 squid swam under us. No wonder the resort now has 8 Newton Dive boats on property.
We have been watching honeymoon couples, destination weddings, and family reunion groups during our visit to Key West Village of Beaches Turks & Caicos. We are here for the 2013 Sandals Star Awards called the "Best of the Best" and Sally and I are presently honored to be staying in a one bedroom suite in the Key West village. The Kew West village was originally constructed as condos and purchased by Butch and Adam Stewart in December 2012. They closed the condominiums, made changes, and converted the property into a Beaches Luxury Included resort. All the rooms in the Kew West Village have dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, washer/dryers. This is our first visit and we hope to visit again February 2014 with the twins. I know Jennifer will be thrilled that there is a washer and dryer in the Key West Suites.
Our family has vacationed at Beaches Boscobel, now known as Beaches Ocho Rios, and Beaches Turks & Caicos four times. We go nearly every year. We continue to visit the Beaches resorts because the staff, food, amenities, rooms, and entertainment CANNOT BE BEAT! Our top reasons for staying at Beaches Turks & Caicos are: wet feet night, beach BBQ, sesame street characters and shows, ice cream shakes at any hour, early morning and late night coffee, the lazy river, the almond cluster cookies, the Soon Come Back luncheon, 4 water slides, and the camp activities. We enjoy every moment at the Beaches resorts and save up each year so that we can go again and again. We are so comfortable at the resorts and see the same employees each time we go and they even remember us. Beaches Turks & Caicos is the perfect vacation spot for families with children of any age - even teenagers. We would love to party with you there! O'Moore Family, NY,
Dear Peter and Premium Resorts of Cook Travel Vacations. We just wanted to thank you for helping us book the most amazing family trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos! When we arrived we were upgraded to the French Villas and were taken back by the incredible customer service provided at Beaches! Amanda and I had a fabulous time horseback riding in the ocean and Scott and Trevor ended up getting completely certified in scuba diving. Beaches experience, it actually surpassed my expectations!
A Beaches vacation and Sandals Star awards week at Beaches Turks & Caicos turned into an amazing trip with so many smiles on faces and in hearts when Santa visited Beaches Turks & Caicos during a Sandals Foundation Christmas party at Beaches. Beaches Turks & Caicos has a beach to the left of the Caribbean Village called Turtle Beach. It is where all the Beach Parties are held weekly. The management of Beaches allowed 100 local students form Sandals Foundation adopted schools to come on property. They were greeted by volunteers, Travel Agents, Sandals Foundation TAG members (travel agents give back) and Sandals Unique Vacation employees. Some Travel Agents brought their children and were excited to experience Sandals Santa giving our gifts and giving hugs. So many people were saying they loved Beaches Turks but especially loved the experience of giving back through the Sandals Foundation
Upon arrival at Sandals Grand Riviera in Ocho Rios Jamacia, we were taken into the Butler Lounge, this is where “No Problem” started. We were asked if we would like something to drink. We asked for a 12 year Appleton - No Problem - Our check in was quick - being a bit early the rooms weren’t ready - however the the Butler Team arrived and escorted us to lunch. From this point on our Butler Team - Sheriffa & Curtis took care of us white gloves and all. This Sandals vacation was one of the best Sandals experiences we have had over the past 7 years. Sheriffa & Curtis catered to our every need - from the coolers of Red Stripe & lunch at the cabanas & beach - sushi in the room each night for a late night snack - bringing a change of clothes from the room down to the beach after dinner - arrangements for golf , spa, dinner & and a special private trip to Negril - many times we thought they were reading our minds, having events scheduled or items in our room before we asked. We traveled with 3 other couples that have never been to a Sandals resort - none-the-less they were overwhelmed with the service and attention provided. Our group of 4 couples all had Butler Service - with the help of Sally we were given a Butler Villa Poolside Suite for the entire group. We all stayed in the same building - hung out at the same pool and shared the all the great times. The icing on the cake had to be the last night our - the Butler Team & Hotel Manager put together a birthday party for 2 people in our group - At our Villa around the pool - we had a catered buffet - DJ - bartender & a beautiful table set for our group, the Butler Team & Hotel Manager. It was a great way to end an incredible vacation - we were able to spend time with both Butlers & Hotel Manager. Before we loaded the bus back to the airport our Butler & the Hotel Manager were at the lobby to say goodbye and see us on the bus.
The day after we arrived home our Butler Curtis called us at home to make sure everything went well on our flights home. Nice Touch
Once again - Thank you Sally for your help working with the resort to make this such an incredible vacation. All of our requests we spoke to you about during the planning of the trip - Happened!! -- Cheers
